Abstract

Stamping is a kind of processing method which used the punch press motive power and through changing material’s physical condition to make article appearance.And mould is a necessary tool to proceed stamping.This article takes mould design as core to launch,describes the design process of cover cap forming cold stamping progressive mould,focus on workpiece forming technology and mould structure design.
