湖南工程学院毕业设计 三相4/6极混相变极电动机设计
摘要:单绕组多速电动机,其转子为笼型绕组,通过改变定子绕组的接法,从而改变其极对数,从而达到调速的目的。具有结构简单、运行可靠、成本低廉等优点而被广泛应用。在本文采用的是混相变极原理对单绕组变速电动机进行设计。
本文首先要介绍单绕组多速电动机在现在社会生产的应用和发展,让我们有明确的设计方向和意义。同时在以前的生产经验的基础和我们查阅资料的前提下,确定用混相法设计定子绕组的方案并做出分析,画出槽号相位图和绕组接线图。同时把在设计过程中,我们需要了解的变极调速原理有深入的介绍,各种变极调速的方法原理及绕组排列,清楚单绕组变速电动机运行时的各种特性及设计特点。然后在电机的设计部分,先详尽的叙述了电机设计程序及各主要参数的意义,同时通过给定的数据进行电机设计的计算。

Abstract :The motor of many speeds of single winding, its rotor is a cage type winding, through change law of connecting , stator of winding , change logarithm very much its , thus achieve the goal of adjusting speed. Have of simple structure operating reliable , cost advantaging such as being cheap extensive application. In literary grace this it spends to be to is it become principle change speed to single winding the motor is designed very much to mix.
This text should introduce the motor of many speeds of single winding in the application and development of social production now first, let us have clear design direction and meaning. At the same time the foundation and we of former production experience are consulted under the prerequisite of the materials, confirm that draws the picture of phase place of brass-wind instrument of trough and winding wiring diagram by mixing the scheme of designing the stator winding of the looks law and making analysis. In the course of designing at the same time, we need understand is it transfer speed principle have deep introductions very much to become, various kinds of is it transfer method principle and winding of speed arrange , clear single winding change speed motor operate various kinds of characteristics when and design the characteristic very much to become. Then some designs in the electrical machinery, exhaustive narration electrical machinery design program first and every main meaning of parameter, at the same time through carrying on the calculation that the electrical machinery is designed for the data definitely.
