热休克蛋白70重组腺病毒载体的构建及鉴定(4)

    
　　本实验成功构建了携带外源性HSP70基因的重组腺病毒表达载体，并在293细胞中包装获得重组腺病毒vAd?HSP70，应用RT?PCR鉴定结果表明，vAd?HSP70重组腺病毒可在靶细胞中高效转录。从而为进一步研究HSP70对应激状态下的细胞保护作用及其在临床治疗和诊断中的应用奠定了实验基础。
