群决策支持系统中的一致性分析技术

第14卷第6期卓越等:群决策支持系统中的一致性分析技术641员掌握群决策过程,发现群体中的关键人物或联盟和那些存在较大争议的备选决策对象。围绕关键人物或联盟的意见进一步展开讨论,或集中讨论那些存在较大争议的备选决策对象,能够优化群决策过程,提高决策效率,从而缩短决策时间。文中结合一个具体应用实例给出具体分析过程。在实际操作中,一般规定GAI接近于0.6即可接受。ΧA+iΗA和ΧD+iΗD的确定比较复杂,因为它们与待决策的问题、备选决策方案数量、决策人数量和人员构成等因素关素密切,需要协调员多次尝试并与群体成员协商,目前尚无一个简单的确定方法,有待进一步研究。
