2. 邮件被退

I sent you an e-mail but it got returned.

在收到退信的同时也会受到退信的理由：

The e-mail address does not exist.该邮箱地址不存在

The recipient’s mail box exceeded its quota.收件人的邮箱已满。

3. 以抄送的方式给对方发邮件

(1) Copy me on the e-mail./CC me.

Always include my assistant on any e-mail you send me, please.

请将每一封发给我的邮件都抄送给我的助手。

Just copy me on the e-mail so you don’t have to send two separate e-mails.

(2)Please reply to all.

When you reply to this e-mail, please hit “reply all” so everyone will know what’s going on.

Please “reply to all” when you respond to keep everyone in the loop

In the loop 表示“圈内的，知情的”
