Some of my old friends love to eat Betel-nut (檳榔) . Every time I see them chew (咀嚼) Betel-nut, I always feel sorry for their lips, which are covered (隱蔽著的) with red juice (果汁), like blood (血液) .

One of them is called Tommy. Tommy loves not only Betel-nut but also Taiwan beer (台灣啤酒) . He usually drinks more than a dozen (一打) . He is often drunk. Five years ago, he had a car accident. He drove his car and bumped into a bus. He was badly hurt and vomited (嘔吐) a lot of blood, and he got well later as days went by.
