基于solidworks的手压阀的设计与虚拟装配
摘要
本次设计为了更好的理解和认识手压阀的结构和工作原理,借助三维制图软件solidworks2008平台,对手压阀进行三维建模。在对手压阀的各个零件进行三维建模的过程中,能够认识和加深对本软件的学习。其中,在零件建模过程并不是先对所有的零件进行建模,在对手压阀的模拟运动仿真的过程中,弹簧需要能够伸缩来达到一定的技术要求,这就需要弹簧在装配体中进行建模,才能达到想要的效果。然后把各个零件模型进行虚拟装配,完成装配体并生成二维工程图,利用干涉检查来消除装配体中有干涉的各零件部位,通过该软件运动仿真、爆炸视图,并且运动仿真和爆炸视图过程可以录制成动画,来了解手压阀的内部结运动情况。

The Design of Hand Pressure Valve and Virtual Assembly

Abstract
It is designed under the platform of solidworks2008, namely one 3D photo making software, and then made 3D modeling for hand pressure valve, just to gain a further understanding of the hand pressure valve’s structure and working principle. While, during the process of making 3D modeling for each parts of the hand pressure valve, it can broaden our understanding of the software. And meanwhile, the process of parts modeling doesn’t mean making modeling for all the parts at the beginning, because in the process of simulating the movement of the hand pressure valve, the spring should be flexible and reach a certain technical. So it will achieve the desired result by modeling the spring in the assembly first. Then make virtual assemble for all the model parts and generate a 2D engineering drawing. At last, the interference checking can be used to eliminate the relevant parts of the assembly. The simulation movement of the software and the exploded view, for which its process can be made into animation, can also be used to understand the internal movement of the hand pressure valve.
