Abstract
Since21stCentury,Humanresourceswasneverbetreatedasacost,ithasbeentakenseriouslyasanimportantresources.Asanimportantmethodfordevelopandmanagehumanresources,excitationhasbeenusedbymoreandmoreenterprises.Excitationcanmadethememberstryhardtoapplytheirskillsandtalents,itcanfindtheirinherentpotentialseriously,andthenitcanimprovethecompetitivenessofenterprises.State—ownedenterprisesisanimportantpartofChina’Ssocialistmarketeconomy,SOit’Snecessarytodevelopareasonableincentivesystem.Perfectincentivemechanismhasamajorimpactonthebusinessmanagement.
