长沙某五千吨高温冷库制冷机房系统设计
摘要
本次毕业设计选题是关于高温冷库制冷机房系统设计,根据给出的货物量以及相关建筑要求自行设计冷库库房。根据各个库房的体积,估算整个制冷系统所需要 的冷量,以此来选择不同的压缩机等设备,确定管路。此次设计的冷库有5间大库房容积为720t和5间小库房容积为360t。冷库分为两个区:1区拥有3间小库房和2间大库房,库温为11摄氏度;2区拥有2间小库房和3间大库房,库温为0摄氏度。根据相关要求,库房外墙均采用厚聚氨酯隔热层隔热,内墙采用软木防潮层防潮,采用冷风机制冷。由于库温较高,不需要考虑融霜问题。由于R717的廉价、易获等优点,我们选取氨制冷系统,并通过氨泵将氨液送去各个库房。

A DESIGN OF HIGH TEMPERATURE COLD STORAGE REFRIGERATION ENGINE ROOM SYSTEM OF FIVE
THOUSAND TONS IN CHANGSHA
The diploma project is a design about High temperature cold storage refrigeration machine room system. According to the requirements the amount of goods and related standard,I design the cold storage warehouse by myself. According to the volume of each warehouse, I estimate cold quantity of the whole refrigeration system required,then choose a different compressor equipment,and determine pipeline system. The design of cold storage has 5 big warehouse (720 t )and 5 small warehouse( 360 t. ).Cold storage is divided into two areas: area1 has three smaller storeroom and 2 bigger warehouses and the temperature is 11 degrees Celsius; area2 has 2 smaller storeroom and 3 bigger warehouse and the temperature is 0 degrees Celsius. In accordance with the relevant requirements, exterior walls were made from thick polyurethane insulating to insulate heat, the moisture-proof of interior walls were made from cork .I adopts the mechanism of cold wind cold to refrigerate. Because the temperature of warehouse is higher,I do not need to consider the defrosting. Because the R717 is cheap, easy to obtaining and so on, we select ammonia refrigeration system,ammonia liquid sent to each warehouse by ammonia pump.

1 基本资料
1.1 设计目的
1.冷库通过降低温度的方法,增长食物储存时间,为市场流通食物提供存放地,调节市场对食物的供求。
2.了解相关技术,力求保证冷库的合理性。
3. 冷库使用寿命有限,应运用新知识,新材料来加强其设计,已达到节能作用。
