归［17］，在炎症早期，多种炎性介质能够诱导Ｍ1型巨噬细胞比例升高，利于清除病原微生物，推动炎症的进展；但随着炎症进一步发展，Ｍ2型巨噬细胞逐渐增多，一旦占据主导地位，便可延缓或抑制炎症反应，促进损伤修复。研究如何诱导巨噬细胞成为M1/M2亚型对于此类疾病的治疗或有重要的意义，

这种现象也为研究巨噬细胞在AS的作用中提供了新的研究思路，抑或成为AS的治疗靶点。

结论：RAW264.7可被适当浓度的IFN-γ+LPS /IL-4成功诱导成M1/M2亚型，且细胞生长状态未受太大影响，并进行后续试验。
