At present, China is the only a small number of urban-rural income more than three times than the one of the countries in the world. The income gap between the existence of a sense of the production people can play promote the efficiency of growth, but if the gap is too large or continue to expand. The impact on society and the economy is very negative . Also advocated by the party and the state of "harmonious" incompatible situation. Therefore, keeping abreast of the current urban-rural income gap between the objective situation, promoting economic and social stability as growth, building a harmonious society are very important .
