Hello, everyone! Today I’d like to talk about shopping online. Nowadays more and more people are interested in shopping online. There are lots of good reasons. First, people don’t have to go shopping when the weather is bad. Another thing, people don’t have to walk from place to place. They can buy products and services by going online. Besides, most of the prices are lower. Why is that? The costs are lower. For example, you don’t have to hav e an expensive shop in the centre of town. And it’s easier for customers too. Most shops close at 8:00 in the evening, but you can shop 24 hours a day online.

But for shop assistants, they’re not as interested as customers. Some of them are worried about the growth of shopping online. They think that they will lose their jobs. And certainly fewer people will work in shops in future.

Not all online shoppers are happy with their experiences. In a recent report, 40% of Net users were not happy when they bought online. Some said that the goods that they wanted were sold out. Some goods never arrived or arrived late.

Not all the business will be taken from shopping centres. There are many things that people want to buy in person. They want to try on clothes and shoes before buying them. Most people would like to sit on the furniture and lie on the beds before buying them when setting up house. That’s all. Thank you.
