在MRSA的流行病学研究中,往往会把几种方法联合使用,这样对MRSA的流行病学分析往往会更加准确。李家泰等[10]采用HVR-PCR基因型和肠毒素基因型相结合,发现两种基因型结合起来有助于提高MRSA分型的可靠性。本实验将RAPD方法与HVR-PCR方法相结合,以药物敏感实验为基础,对临床分离的MRSA做流行病学分析。RAPD方法和HVR-PCR方法对MRSA的分型率都比较高,都达到了100%,而且这两种方法都比较简单、稳定、可靠、快速,可以在短时间内对MRSA进行分型。研究中还发现这两种方法之间没有很好的相关性,即相同的RAPD型可以表现出不同的HVR-PCR型;反之,相同的HVR-PCR型也可以呈现出不同的RAPD型。
