Abstract: In order to study the relationship between college students' inferiority complex and academic achievement attribution,this essay use the Questionnaire Feelings of College Student and The Multidimentional-Multiattributional Causality Scale.Investigating 300 students in Huaibei Normal University randomly. Research results show that:(1)College students' inferiority complex score at medium to low levels, shows that college students have low self-esteem, but not very serious.(2)There was no significant relationship between college students' inferiority complex and grade and there was no significant relationship between inferiority complex and whether is one child,but there are significant differences in terms of gender.(3) There was no significant relationship between college students' academic achievement attribution and grade and there was no significant relationship between college students' academic achievement attribution and whether is one child but there are significant differences in terms of gender.(4)There was significant relationship between academic achievement attribution and inferiority complex,and college students' academic achievement attribution can predict inferiority complex.Key words: inferiority; undergraduates; achievement attribution
