    4  问题与展望
    外伤、烧伤和肿瘤术后造成的组织缺损是外科系统常见病症，组织缺损的修复是许多学者致力研究的课题，ADM的出现为组织缺损的修复提供了新的治疗途径。
    ADM遵循组织再生规律的转归是个漫长的过程，受到诸多干扰。体内复杂的微环境中何种因子或因素起主导作用尚不清楚；成纤维细胞是转归的基础性细胞，如何提高维持其作用尚需要解决，如何保证组织再生的彻底性也需要进一步努力。相信随着研究的深入，上述问题会逐渐得以解决。
