【摘要】 目的研究短柄南蛇藤中的挥发性成分。方法利用有机溶剂-水蒸气蒸馏提取短柄南蛇藤茎普通粉和超微粉挥发油,采用GC-MS进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果从短柄南蛇藤茎普通粉和超微粉中分别分离鉴定出9种和21种化学成分,分别占挥发油总量的95.960%和97.518%。短柄南蛇藤叶两种粉末挥发油成分中,含有9种相同成分,其中含量最高的为油酸(普通粉56.711%,超微粉56.988%)。结论该文首次对短柄南蛇藤茎普通粉与超微粉的挥发性成分进行对比研究。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Celastrus rosthornianus Loes. MethodsThe chemical compositions of the volatile oil from the plants obtained by Organic-team distillation with hexane were analyzed by GC-MS. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra. The relative percentage of the oil constituents was calculated from the GC peak areas. Results9 and 21 chemical components are identified from ordinary pulverization and micro-milling of the stems of Celastrus rosthornianus Loes respectively.The amount of the identified components were accounted for more than 95.960% and 97.518% of all the volatile oil respectively. There were the same of 9 components in the two oils. Olenolic acid had the highest content (ordinary pulverization 56.711%,micro-milling 56.988%).ConclusionThis paper reports the comparison of volatile constituents from the stems of Celastrus rosthornianus Loes for the first time.

短柄南蛇藤Celastrus rosthornianus Loes为卫矛科南蛇藤属植物,生于山坡、路旁草丛和灌丛中,分布于陕西、浙江、福建、湖北、广东、广西、四川、贵州、云南等地。其根、茎叶、果实等均可入药。短柄南蛇藤茎味辛、苦,性平、小毒,功效为祛风除湿,活血止血,解毒消肿,主治风湿痹痛,跌打损伤,脘腹痛,牙痛,疝气痛,月经不调,经闭,血崩,肌衄,疮肿,带状疱疹,湿疹[1]。文献资料[2~5]表明,对短柄南蛇藤的研究主要集中在根皮及藤茎的化学成分和抗肿瘤、杀虫活性方面,对短柄南蛇藤茎挥发性成分及其对比研究的报道较少。本文首次利用简便的有机溶剂-水蒸气蒸馏法提取短柄南蛇藤茎的挥发油,对其化学组成进行了定性定量的研究,并对其普通粉与超微粉进行对比分析。
1 仪器与材料
1.1 仪器
挥发油提取器;美国惠普公司( Hcwlctt Packard)HP-6890/HP5973 GC-MS气质联用仪;SYFM-8Ⅱ型超微粉碎机(济南松岳机器有限责任公司)。
1.2 试剂与材料蒸馏水、正己烷(重蒸馏)、无水硫酸钠(国产分析纯试剂)。短柄南蛇藤茎普通粉(80目)、短柄南蛇藤茎超微粉(300目),来自贵州镇远,经贵阳中医学院孙庆文老师鉴定为卫矛科植物短柄南蛇藤Celastrus rosthornianus Loes的干燥藤茎。
