4展望
近年来,有关狼疮性肾炎发病病因和诊断的研究虽然进展较大,但仍缺乏多中心、多对照的研究方法,各地科研侧重点有所不同,难以从总体上把握其发病病因,尚有待于充分借鉴现代科学技术,加大基础研究力度,力求从细胞、分子水平阐明狼疮性肾炎的发病病因。为临床治疗提供可靠的理论依据。目前激素与免疫抑制剂治疗已经使多数病人能回归社会，故早期诊断、及时治疗，可减少狼疮性肾炎的并发症，减轻患者的经济负担。参考文献
