京东物流模式的研究

摘 要

在B2C电子商务中，物流配送是企业与客户之间联系的桥梁，关乎着企业的形象、利润及发展。随着电子商务的发展，市场竞争的加剧，消费者出现分散性和广域性，物流配送在电子商务企业开展与运作中的地位越来越重要，物流的配送模式及服务水平逐渐成为制约B2C企业进一步发展的瓶颈。选择适合自己的物流模式，能有效的降低企业成本，提升服务水平，增强企业的竞争力。本文以京东商城为例，对其物流模式进行了探讨与分析，并对当前状况提出可实施的建议。这对这一行文思路，做了以下的工作。

首先，本对文研究问题的相关背景及研究意义进行了简单阐述，分析了国内外对此问题的研究现状，提出了本文的研究内容。其次对京东商城进行了简要的描述，对其现有的物流模式进行了详细的说明，并解释了京东商城选择该物流模式的原因。在此基础之上，结合了当前的市场状况，对京东商城的当前物流模式进行了SWOT分析。最后，总结概括了当前物流模式所存在的问题并提出了相应的建议。

京东物流模式的研究

Abstract

In B2C electronic commerce, logistics distribution between customers and enterprises linked to the bridge, relates to the image of enterprises, profit and development. With the development of electronic commerce, the aggravation of the market competition, consumer appears the dispersion and wide area, logistics and distribution in the development and operation of electronic commerce is becoming more and more important, the logistics distribution mode and service level gradually become the bottle neck of the development of B2C enterprise further. Choose suitable logistics distribution mode, enterprises can effectively reduce the cost, improve service levels, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper, Jingdong mall as an example, the logistics are discussed and analyzed, and some practicable suggestions on the current situation. The following aspects of the work done for this theme.

Firstly,this paper studies the problem of the background and significance of a simple exposition analyzed the current research on this issue, the research presented in this paper. Secondly, Jingdong Mall a brief description of a detailed description of its existing logistics model and explains Jingdong Mall, select the logistics mode reasons. On this basis, combined with the current market conditions, the current logistics model Jingdong Mall were SWOT analysis. Finally, we summarize the current logistics model outlines the problems and made recommendations accordingly.
