Abstract

Make students master basketball related theoretical knowledge, have the basketball technical and tactical skills, at the same time the basketball as a point of interest, as a life-long exercise, improve physical and mental health, the basketball movement contains rich cultural connotation is to attract students to love basketball is one of the important reasons.

Higher vocational students number continued to increase in recent years, as the basketball teaching of PE in higher vocational colleges has become an important part of love, received the majority of students of Higher Vocational Education in our country, as the important content of higher education, higher vocational colleges basketball has also been developing rapidly. However, college basketball has been lagging behind the rapid development of Higher Vocational Colleges and universities, especially there is a big gap. From the Hubei province of some vocational college to begin, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, literature, mathematical statistics and logic analysis method, the system of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei province the basketball movement development and analysis of the status of students: love for basketball degrees received the influence of many factors, such as motivation, interest, place of birth, attitude, although the school basketball atmosphere is quite good but still need to be improved. Schoolconstruction team in considerable degree received facilities, school leadership attention degree and event number and level effects, so that the team economy lack, more do not talk to go up a long-term systematic training; basketball teachers, education structure is unreasonable, have senior titles more deficient, school teachers and students in serious imbalance in the proportion of, some higher vocational colleges teachers' work by the stability of the status and salary issues directly affect the flooding, almost \academic structure affects the teachers knowledge structure reasonable configuration, in addition to many teachers lack of foreign exchange and training opportunities, led to the current situation of scientific research of basketball sport in Hubei province is backward; Higher Vocational Colleges and universities development infrastructure, investment funds deficiency retards, some vocational colleges gradually formed a vicious spiral; hinder the development of basketball in addition is an important cause of leadership seriously enough, outside the unit basketball environment and school basketball atmosphere onthedevelopment of basketball has restrictive function.

In view of the present situation and the existing problems, put forward the following suggestions and opinions: according to the students' interests and hobbies, taking students as the fundamental, and actively carry out various forms of basketball games and activities, and actively create a good atmosphere within the school basketball, basketball attract school on infrastructure and construction investment, strive for the support of many sided, positive participate in exchange; the use of a variety of ways, such as the introduction of the internal selection, training, catch good basketball teachers team construction, consolidate and improve the teaching resources construction, strengthening teachers training and exchanges, enhance the overall team quality; unified syllabus, through the relevant departments, in each school

suit one's measures to local conditions, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, flexible use of; change the traditional basketball teaching idea, let the basketball teaching out of school, formed the social and school together to promote basketball in Higher Vocational Colleges development.
