摘 要
新时期,实施“走出去”战略是推进我国改革开放水平的重要途径,同时也是扩大我国民营企业经营的必要方式。而华为公司作为成功实施“走出去”战略的优秀民营企业,无论是在“走出去”中所遇到的问题上还是处理问题的决策上都很具有代表性。本文以华为为例,初步分析了华为实施“走出去”战略后的现状;着重指出了华为在实施“走出去”战略中所遇到的复合人才缺失、经营管理不够完善、企业间缺乏横向联系等问题,并进一步对华为所实施的重视人才引进与培养、完善经营管理体制、加强企业间合作与协调等对策进行了客观分析。通过对华为实施“走出去”战略的研究分析,我们得出的启示是:我国民营企业要想在“走出去”战略中走得稳、走得快,必须在有广阔的融资渠道的同时,坚持自主创新、建立强有力的精神文化和完善的用人机制。

ABSTRACT
In new period, the implementation of the \out\strategy is an important way to promote the level of opening up of China's reform, but also the necessary way to expand China's private enterprises. Huawei as a successful implementation of the strategy of \out\outstanding private enterprise, regardless of is the representative are encountered in the \out\problem and treatment decision-making. In this paper Huawei as an example, a preliminary analysis of the Huawei implementation of the \Huawei in implementing the \out\strategy in the compound talents,lack of management is not perfect, the lack of horizontal linkages between enterprises and other issues, and further to the implementation of the Huawei attaches great importance to the introduction and training of talents improve the management system, strengthen the cooperation and coordination between enterprises, and so on are analyzed. Based on the Huawei implement the \out\strategy research and analysis, we draw the enlightenment is: China's private enterprises to \out\strategy to go steady, walk quickly, must have abroader financing channels at the same time, adhere to independent innovation, to build a strong cultural and perfect with the mechanism.
