电动汽车电机控制器散热器轻量化研究

ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT:This thesis takes the electric sweeper vehicle’s motor controller system as the object of study, main focus on how to optimize the radiating effect of the controller system and a practical method to design the heat dissipation system of the inverter is presented.

The main heat source in the motor controller is the insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT),the paper calculated the thermal losses when the sweeper running in the peak condition and in the rated condition with considering the effect of the junction temperature on the losses. A heat resistance equivalent circuit of the heat dissipation system is presented; a practical formula to calculate the heat resistance of heat dissipation system is derived. Additionally, this paper describes the development of car radiators and makes a comparison between radiators made of copper and those made of aluminum. By analyzing the materials of vehicle’s radiator, we further defines the importance of the materials and clarifies that aluminum radiator is one of the developing trends in the industry. It also provides useful references on the materials’ design and choice for the radiator.

In this paper, FLUENT is used to simulate the flow field and temperature field of the radiator, to get the heat transfer performance and hydrodynamics property of radiator and compare with experiment value, and then we found some problems of the radiator structure and improve it. The application of FLUENT in the design of radiator can improve designing, enhance the design function, shorten exploitation time and enhance the independent exploitation ability of the product.
