ABSTRACT

Thesis completion is the design which controls the control system of the lather electricity according to the Mitsubishi system CKC20 F number.

This lather use originally Mitsubishi Japanese company produce of E60 system, the E60 is the high performance number which contains 64 CPUs to control system, It has integrated programmable controller;The high-efficiency and high accuracy, high speed processes function; The knife which processes procedure has a track and can carry on sketch emulation, process of the knife have a track can actually hour show;In addition, the system has RS232 to deliver to connect, can make the tool machine carry on long range to deliver communication.

This thesis point introduced a Mitsubishi number to control the electricity control of lather process and in fact now of principle, PLC trapezoid's adjust of the constitution and its tool machine electricity of design, parameter of the diagram try.

The electricity control part included among them to communicate to the principal axis servocontrol, X, Z enters to communicate to the stalk servocontrol, eights are dynamoelectric to change the knife the control of knife and cool off to move/auto of control, line up scraps electrical engineering of positive and negative turn a control, lubricate the control of the automatic control of electrical engineering, card dish and tail, automatic power failure of control etc..

PLC control principle and in fact the process concretely included the PLC procedure of the tool machine essence analysis now, the PLC procedure of the operation front-panel analytical, the analysis of the PLC procedure of electric knife.

A moreover important part is constitution and tool machine electricity of tool machine parameter to adjust to try, a set number controls the electricity part design of tool machine to like and install like after, if tool machine's wanting to carry out homologous electricity function has to carry on the constitution of parameter, deliver PLC trapezoid diagram, so just can carry on tool machine electricity of adjust to try.
