上海通用汽车对供应商质量要求的规定,全中文版

要求其对适用的二级供应商根据GM Global APQP（GM1927）和AIAG APQP及SGM 相关要求进行产品质量的先期策划。

4.3.1 The localization for all vehicle non-tier1 Fastening Pieces shall follow PATAC Fastener

Localization Procedure.

对于整车所有的非一级紧固件的国产化，按照泛亚的《紧固件的国产化流程》进行。

4.3.1.1 For the tapping screws, the nuts, the bolts and the high-strength bolts, the localized

suppliers should be chosen from Fastener Supplier List Approved by SGM. If the

suppliers are not in the list, the related tier1 supplier should conduct assessment to

them firstly according to SGM Potential Supplier Assessment Procedure and SGM

Fastener Supplier Assessment Sheet then submit the assessing report to SGM

Fastener Engineer, DRE, SQE and Buyer for approval when the assessment is passed.

其中自攻螺钉、螺母、螺栓及高强度螺栓的国产化供应商必须在《SGM认可的紧固件供

应商联系表》清单中选取；如果采用不在清单中的紧固件供应商，一级供应商必须先按

照《SGM 潜在供应商评审表》、《紧固件供应商评估表》对其进行评审，评审合格后再

报SGM紧固件工程师、产品工程师（DRE）、供应商质量工程师（SQE）、采购工程师

（Buyer）进行评审批准。

4.3.1.2 For the other Fastening Pieces, the team of SGM Fastener Engineer, DRE, SQE and

Buyer will implement the localization case by case.

其他类型的紧固件国产化由SGM紧固件工程师、DRE、SQE、Buyer视情况具体处理。

4.3.1.3 PATAC Fastener Localization Procedure can be obtained from relevant Fastener

Engineer. Fastener Supplier List Approved by SGM and SGM Fastener Supplier

Assessment Sheet can be obtained from relevant SQE through SGM internal website.

《紧固件的国产化流程》可通过相关紧固件工程师获得，《SGM认可的紧固件供应商联

系表》、《紧固件供应商评估表》可以通过相关SQE在SGM内部网上获得。

4.4 Supplier shall make 4 times of program reviews and feasibility commitments that follow GM

Global APQP, completing the specified 17 tasks and others required by SGM. Issue list and program schedule shall be updated to be consistent with the program status.

供应商必须按GM Global APQP要求进行4次项目评审和可行性承诺，完成规定的17项任务以及SGM要求的其它任务。问题清单和项目进度表应保持动态更新，与项目状态一致。

4.5 Supplier of vehicle welding assembly parts should make the necessary MC equipment and tools for MC1 of their sub-assembly by themselves.

对于提供车身焊接总成零件的供应商，应根据SGM MC的要求，供应商制作必要的MC设备和工装，自行完成其分总成的MC1工作。

4.6 Supplier should carry out related requirements of SGM (for example Warrant, Mark on the parts，test record, measurement size report, capability analysis, tooling requirements) for when submit MC, OTS, Prototype samples to SGM.

MC、OTS、Prototype等样件的提交，需按SGM有关规定严格执行（如保证书、零件偏差标注、试验录、全尺寸报告、能力分析、工装要求等）。

4.7 Test items should be finished by lab which had gotten GP10 certification.

试验项目必须由GP10认可的试验室进行。

4.8 Checking fixture should be finished according to SGM’s requirements (for example, GM1925) and scheming time node. SGM checking fixture engineer should approve checking fixture’ concept, design and manufacturing.
