Note: For all features/characteristics manufactured using perishable tooling, the supplier must have validated tool change frequencies as well as process control plan procedures that ensure conformance to specifications before, during and after tool changes.

注意：对于所有使用损耗性工装生产的特性，供应商须采用有效的工装更换频率及过程控制计划，以确保产品的特性在工装更换前、更换中和更换后均满足规范。

Product Characteristics may be designated as Documentation Required (DR)

标准产品特性－－是指那些基本可预期的偏差不太可能严重影响产品的功能或性能的特性。部分标准(产品)特性可指定为DR特性。

(1) For equipment ordered and installed before 2002; 1.33/1.33 are the minimum indices. Equipment replacements or major upgrades which improve capability shall be compliant to 2.0/1.5 Minimum

indices per Table above. Retools and minor upgrades to these lines shall be compliant to the

1.33/1.33 requirement

对于2002年前订购和安装的设备，1.33/1.33是最低要求。对更换或重大升级后能力改善的设备，须符合上表的最低要求，即2.0/1.5。对改装和小的升级设备，须符合1.33/1.33的要求。

If during Product / Process development you believe there will be difficulty meeting the above capability, you MUST immediately notify your Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) and develop a plan to assure compliance and/or obtain formal written approval to deviate from the capability

requirements.

产品/过程开发中，如果确信难以满足以上能力要求，必须及时通知SQE并制定保证满足要求的计划，和/或获得允许偏离能力要求的正式书面批准。
