Copyright © 2014 National Comprehensive Cancer Network, Inc., All Rights Reserved.NCCN Guidelines Version 2.2014 Panel Members Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer翻译人员 蔡文杰：福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院放疗科 肿瘤学硕士 福建省抗癌协会放射肿瘤专业委员会青年委员会副主任委员 《Chinese Journal of Cancer Research》沙龙委员（CSCD源，SCI） 丁香园肿瘤版版主NCCN Guidelines Index NSCLC Table of Contents Discussion一直有个愿望，就是把全套 NCCN 指南翻译出来并维护下去。这个想法从 2010 年已经开始付诸实施，在丁香园肿瘤版开展 NCCN 指南草根汉化版活动。很荣幸地得到近千位战友响应。在多位精英战友的同心协力下做出了 20 多本“草根汉化版 NCCN 指 南” 。但因为任务太繁重，这个活动已经冷下来一段时间了。近日与天天超版联系，打算与 NCCN 官方接触，争取获得授权并招募团 队长期维护指南。希望这个任务能有机会早日启动。 说起指南，那句“成也指南、败也指南”是最经典的。但要解决国内不规范治疗及疗效欠佳的问题，个人认为拿来主义也许是最 快。翻译 NCCN 指南并推广是提高国内肿瘤诊疗水平的捷径，对于基层单位尤为如此。也是广大肿瘤患者的福音。 从 2011 年的 NCCN 指南 NSCLC 中国版至今虽然只有 3 年，但更新确实很多。本人利用业余时间，在学习过程中参考 2011 年中 国版 NCCN 指南把她翻译成中文。除值班、加班外的每天晚上 8 点到 12 点都贡献给她。但因水平有限、时间太少，估计错误连篇，特 别是每次上完夜班隔天的翻译错误会更多。希望各位同道指正，发现问题麻烦您发到我的邮箱 caiwj2001@。我将尽快更新到 2014 第三版。Version 2.2014, 11/04/13 © National Comprehensive Cancer Network, Inc. 2013, All rights reserved.
