摘要

铅笔刨，是将铅笔削尖的工具。笔刨有分电动和手动的。手动的铅笔刨中，又分有手摇和没有的。在笔刨发明前，人们都是使用刀具来刨笔。铅笔刨内通常有约2.5厘米的刀片。用者将铅笔头插入笔刨的孔内，转动铅笔或笔刨。若是手摇笔刨，则转动手柄即可，这样的设计可令刨笔的过程更快。有些笔刨是封闭的，铅笔碎不易四散，手摇笔刨下方放有器皿装着铅笔碎屑，此外，一些手摇或电动式的削铅笔机，附有可以调整刀片间距的机构，因此可以利用间距的设定而刨出尖锐度不同的

铅笔刨具有2个世纪的历史，铅笔大量用于人们的生活学习中，传统的铅笔刨虽然小巧但是由于没有盛料装置容易对生活环境产生影响，当采用手摇式刨笔机可以有效解决这一问题，同时使刨笔更加高效便捷，省力，刨出的铅笔更加美观，通过刀具的角度可以刨出不同圆弧度笔尖，以配合不同用笔者的需求。该结构采用行行轮机构，避免传统方式的低效，动力来源于用笔者或另加电动机构，同时添加牵引机构，使得刀具在切削的过程中能够牵引笔向前运动，完成整个切削过程。整个装置大量使用聚合材料，加工技术要求较低，大量降低成本。
