保险中介 insurance intermediary

介于保险机构之间或保险机构与投保人之间，专门为保险交易双方提供保险销售、业务咨询、风险管理、投保方案安排、风险评估、损失鉴定与理算、代理查勘及理赔等服务，并从中依法获取佣金或服务费的个人和单位。

保险经纪人 insurance broker

基于投保人的利益，为投保人与保险公司订立保险合同提供中介服务，并依法收取佣金的单位。

保险代理人 insurance agent

根据保险公司的委托，向保险公司收取代理佣金，并在保险人授权的范围内代为办理保险业务的个人或单位。

保险公估人 loss adjuster

受保险当事人的委托，专门从事保险标的或保险事故的评估、鉴定、勘验、估损或理算业务的单位。

保险专业代理机构 corporate insurance agent

根据保险公司的委托，专门从事保险代理业务的单位。

保险兼业代理机构 sideline insurance agent

根据保险公司的委托，在从事自身业务的同时，指定专人为保险公司代办保险业务的单位。

风险管理顾问服务 risk management consultancy service

保险经纪人为客户全面识别、评估和管理风险，帮助客户以合理的成本获得最大风险保障的服务。

保险代理合同 insurance agency contract

保险代理人与保险人订立的确定代理关系、约定双方权利义务关系的协议。

已决赔案 settled claims

已立案且已结案的案件，包括已结案已付款和已结案未付款的案件。

未决赔案 outstanding claims

已报案但尚未结案的案件，包括已立案和已报案未立案的案件。

已决赔款 settled loss

已立案且已结案的赔案的累计赔偿金额，包括已结案已付款和已结案未付款的赔案的累计赔偿金额。

未决赔款 outstanding loss

已报案但尚未结案的赔案的累计估损金额，包括已立案和已报案未立案的赔案的累计估损金额。

承保能力 underwriting capacity;capacity of insurer
