摘 要

电子商务是依托于互联网和信息技术的一种新型商务活动，是自90年代中期以来，在世界经济生产、生活中出现的一次广域范围内的应用技术革命。电子商务的兴起打破了区域和国界，开辟了巨大的网上商业市场，同时对很多传统行业带来了新的机遇和挑战。电子商务的发展实现了信息流和商流，但电子商务的成功却不可缺少物流，电子商务对物流配送有着巨大的依赖性，但因我国物流业发展较晚，传统的物流配送业务水平比较落后，严重制约和影响着电子商务活动的进一步发展。本文在分析我国物流对电子商务发展的重要性及制约性的同时，重点阐述了解决电子商务发展中物流配送问题的应对措施，继而阐明发展我国电子商务的关键是物流配送体系的不断完善。

Abstract

Electronic commerce is a new business activities rely on the Internet and information technology, is since 90 time metaphase, application of a wide range of technological revolution in the life world economic production, in the.The rise of e-commerce to break the regional and national boundaries, opens up a huge online business market,at the same time, many of the traditional industry has brought new opportunities and challenges. Development of electronic commerce, the realization of the information flow and business flow, but the success of electronic commerce is indispensable to logistics, e-commerce has a great dependence on the logistics and distribution, but the development of the logistics industry in China relatively late, the traditional logistics service level is relatively backward, further development is restricted and influenced the electronic commerce activities. Based on the analysis of China's logistics for the development of electronic commerce and the importance of the constraints at the same time, expounds the measures to solve the problem of logistics distribution in the electronic commerce development, and then expounds the key development of e-commerce in China is the logistics distribution system for continuous improvement.
