摘 要
当前,面对很多企业经济的迅速发展,D企业在取得较快发展的同时,也面临着巨大的人才培养问题。D企业的管理者已经深刻认识到赢得竞争优势的关键是抓住人力资源的培训工作,因此更加重视培训的开展,但D企业在员工培训管理上仍然存在风险,这些风险给D企业的整体发展带来了一定程度的阻碍。本文共分为五大部分:
第一部分是绪论,主要介绍了D企业员工差异化培训及其风险规避研究的研究背景及意义。研究员工差异化培训的具体方法,并概述了国内外有关员工差异化培训和风险规避的理论。
第二部分是主要理论介绍,主要从员工差异化培训的理论、员工差异化管理的理论和培训风险相关理论三个方面阐述了员工差异化培训及风险规避的主要理论。
第三部分结合有关资料介绍了D企业员工差异化培训的现状。其中包括了D企业员工基本情况、D企业员工的教育与培训两个主要方面,并介绍了D企业加强员工培训的必要性分析
第四部分介绍了D企业员工差异化培训的策略与方法。主要包括了实行员工核心与弹性管理、对员工实行差异化薪酬、对员工实行差异化培训、 建立判断员工综合素质的评定标准和建立以“ 事实差异” 为基础的差异化策略五大方面。
第五部分介绍了D企业员工差异化培训存在的风险及风险规避措施分别从D企业员工培训中存在的风险和D企业员工差异化培训的风险规避策略两方面进行论述。其中风险方面主要是存在未达到培训效果、培训后的人员流失以及D企业发展战略转变和培训知识更新三个方面,而针对这三个方面提出了建立优秀的企业文化,为防范培训风险奠定基础;加强培训管理工作,完善企业的培训机制;充分利用法律手段,建立和完善相关规章制度三项主要的措施。

Abstract
At present, in the face of the rapid economic development in many companies, D enterprises rapid development at the same time, also faces enormous talent training. D managers of enterprises have deeply realized that win the competitive advantage is the key to grasp the training work of human resources, so pay more attention to the development of the training, but D enterprises in staff training management there are still risks, these risks brought D the overall development of the enterprise to a certain extent. This paper is divided into five most:
The first part is introduction, mainly introduced the D enterprise employees differentiation training and the research of the research background and significance of risk aversion. Research staff training differentiation of specific methods, and summarizes the relevant employees differentiation training at home and abroad and the theory of risk aversion.
The second part is the main theory is introduced, and the main differentiation from differentiation training theory, employee management theory and training risk related theory from three aspects this paper expounds the employee diversity training and the main theory of risk aversion.
Part 3 D combined with relevant materials introduced the present situation of the enterprise employees differentiation training. Including the employees basic situation, D D enterprise staff's education and training are two main aspects, and introduces the D enterprise strengthens the analysis of the necessity of staff training
The fourth part introduces the D enterprise employees differentiation training strategies and methods. Mainly includes the implementation of core employees and flexible management, compensation of employees adopt differentiation, implements differentiation for staff training, establish judgment employees comprehensive quality evaluation criteria and established on the basis of the differences between \the differentiation strategy of five aspects.
