一、 单元知识点集锦

（一）、重点短语归纳

1、go up “沿着”，尤指往北走或从小地方到城市或者大城镇 e.g. When are you going up to Scotland next time?

go down“沿着”，尤指往南去或从城市、大城镇到小地方。 e.g. They’ll go down to Heze.

2、get to“到达，到”后接表示地点的名词，若接here，there，home等副词时，不用to。

e.g. get to school ;get home. You must always remember this. 3、along“沿着”，作介词。

e.g. After supper,I often walk along this street. 4、turn left 左拐 turn right 右拐 e.g.Turn left at the second crossing. 5、be...away from...离...有...远

e.g.My home is two tickets away from my office. 6、need to do sth需要做某事 e.g.It’s cold.You need to put on a coat 7、How far is it from...?

e.g.How far is it from here to your school?

8、No+doing “禁止做某事”，no意为“不准，禁止”。此类的标志语一般用于公共场所，给别人提示或警告。 e.g.No swimming. No smoking. 9、lose one’s life丧生

e.g.Five people lost their lives in that accident. 10、obey the traffic遵守交通规则； obey school rules

e.g.We must obey the rules in school. 11、last意为“刚刚过去的，最后” e.g.last week/month

叙述按顺序发生或按照步骤进行的一系列事情或活动时，常用First(首先，第一)...Second(Then)(然后，第二)...Third(第三)...Last(最后)等词使文体流畅。 12、“通过”面面观

(1)cross作动词，意为“穿过，通过，渡过”,cross=go across. e.g.Don’t cross /go across the road before the light is green. Be careful when you cross the street.

cross还可以用作名词，指“十字形”或“叉形记号”。 e.g.Put a cross next to the name of Li Lei .

(2)across是介词，强调从一定范围的一边到另一边，且在物体表面或沿着某一条线的方向而进行的动作。 e.g.My house is across the river. You can go across the bridge. (3)across from在...对面

e.g.The school is across from the post office

(4)past是介词，指从某物旁边经过，意思是“走过...，经过...” .e.g.He often walks past me without saying“Hello”. Our school bus drive past the Great Hall of the People.

二、语法精讲

(1)祈使句

祈使句是用来提出要求、建议或发出命令的句子。祈使句的主语通常为第二人称you（在实际应用中常常省略），谓语动词用动词原形，句尾用句号或感叹号。常见的祈使句形式有：

1：肯定形式一般以动词原形开头。 e.g.Open the door,please.

2：否定形式是在句首谓语动词前加don’t，有时用never。 e.g.Don’t be late for the meeting,please. Never do that again.

3:当说话对象是第一人称和第三人称，表示建议做某事时，通常用let开头。 e.g.Let me put it up. Let her come home safely.

4：除了可以用谓语动词外，还可以用名词、形容词、副词等短语表示。 e.g.Just a moment. Quiet,please! Faster!Faster!

5：有时和其他句子一起使用，常见的结构有： (1)“祈使句+and+简单句”表示“...就...”。 e.g.Go along the street,and you’ll see a post office. (2)“祈使句+or+简单句”表示“...否则...” e.g.Be quick,or we’ll be late.

(3)有时在句后常附加一个问句，使语气更加委婉。 e.g.Don’t tell anyone,will you? (2)问路与指路 问路的常用表达：

Excuse me.How can I get to...? Could/can you tell me the way to...? Excuse me,where is the...? Is there a...nearby? Is this the right way to...? Which is the way to...?

Could you tell me how I can get to...? Will you please tell me the way to...? 指路的方法：

Go along/down this street. Go straight ahead.

Turn left at the second running. Turn right at first crossing. The No.5 bus can take you to... It’s about fifteen minutes’ walk. 如果自己不知道，可以说：

I’m sorry,I don’t know.You’d better ask the policeman.

当你请求别人帮助，但对方因无故帮助你并向你表示歉意时，你应该礼貌地说： Thank you all the same./Thank you anyway.
