中药废水胁迫对再力花生理生化特性的影响

摘要:在小型模拟人工湿地系统中,以中药废水胁迫处理再力花(Thalia dealbata),研究其对再力花生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,中药废水胁迫下再力花叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量及总量均显著降低。随废水浓度的增加,叶片中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性均先增后降,而维生素C、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量均显著降低,谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量明显增加。另外,在中药废水胁迫下再力花叶片根系活力(TTC)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著降低,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高。表明再力花对中药废水具有较强的适应能力和耐污能力,可以作为人工湿地处理中药废水的主要植物之一。 关键词:再力花(Thalia dealbata);中药废水;环境胁迫;生理生化指标;人工湿地 中图分类号:Q945.78;S682.1+9 文献标识码:A 文章编号:0439-8114(2014)13-3070-04
Effects of Wastewater of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Physiological and Biochemical Characters of Thalia Dealbata

Abstract: Effects of wastewater of traditional Chinese medicine on physiological and biochemical characters of Thalia dealbata were investigated in simulated constructed wetlands.
Results showed that under the stress of wastewater of traditional Chinese medicine, Chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll contents decreased significantly in the leaves of T. dealbata. With the increasing concentration of medicine wastewater, PAL firstly increased and then decreased. The contents of VC, MDA and Pro decreased and GSH increased significantly. The activities of TTC, POD and CAT reduced significantly under the stress of wastewater of traditional Chinese medicine, but the activity of SOD increased significantly. It is indicated that T. dealbata had good adaptability and pollution resistance ability to medicine wastewater. It was an excellent constructed wetland plant in treating wastewater of traditional Chinese medicine.
