1.从一级配电柜引来一根YJ(L)V3*35+2*16电缆为降水井用电。 2.降水井泵10台，每台3.5KW共计35KW。

3.每台降水井泵配防雨箱一个，配32A刀闸一个，32A漏电开关一个。 四、总配电装置

1、总配电屏中分配电路为塔吊，砼输送泵；钢筋机械；地面机械，楼层机械及照明用电四大系统。

2、动力系统中分为：钢筋机构、电焊、地面施工、机械（卷扬机等）和楼层机械分支线。

3、总配电屏的分路支线各到达固定安装的分配电箱中，由各分配电箱分路到各单机开关箱。

4、总配电屏到各分配箱，各级配电箱到各单机开关箱的距离不得大于50米，开关箱距用电设备的距离不得大于3米。送上楼层的电源线要用套管保护，利用建筑物的预留孔洞安装上各层配电箱。

5、各箱中的隔离开关闸刀、漏电开关，必须注明送电目标，或所控制范围。 6、各级配、用电源必须设置漏电开关，单机的漏电动作电流不大于30mA，潜水泵及各种手搭式电动工具应选用不大于15mA的漏电动作电流的产品。各种配电箱必须采用标准电箱，漏电开关应选用建设部推荐产品，或经市技术监督局检验合格产品。 7、配电房内必备灭火器（1211型）

8、安全用电措施、供电平面图、系统图等都应在发电配电房及电工房张贴。 9、其它有关安装事项要严格按照有关临时用电规范所要求执行。

五、定期安全检查制度

1、公司每季度对所属工地进行一次全面安全大检查，并配合总公司搞好每半年二次的安全生产大检查。

2、项目队实行自检、互检、月检制度，班组实行自检、互检、日检制度。

3、节假日前后，高温、台风、暴雨前后组织季节性检查，对电气、防水、易燃、易爆、 脚手架、机械等组织专业性检查。

4、经常进行安全生产自检，不放过每个死角。

5、专职安全人员经常深入施工现场，及时发现问题，及时提出问题，做到预防为主。

7、班组应做好班前检查、交底、交班前交待安全情况，做好自身的安全保护和相关安 全保护。

8、每次检查应做好详细记录，填写清楚安全整改通知书。

9、对查出的隐患，要按照“三定”（定人、定时、定措施），四不放过的原则，积极 落实整改，消除不安全因素。

10、安全检查按建设部新发行的JGJ59-99《建筑施工检查评分标准》进行。

六、预防电气火灾的措施

针对电气火灾发生的原因，本组织设计中制定以下措施：

1、根据临时用电组织设计正确选择导线截面，杜绝线路过负荷使用，保护装置要认真选择，线路上出现长期过负荷时，能在规定时间内动作保护线路。

2、电气操作人员要认真执行规范，正确连接导线，接线柱要压牢、压实。各种开关触头要压接牢固。铜铝连接时要有过渡端子，多股导线要用端子或涮锡后再与设备安装，以防加大电阻引起火灾。

3、配电室的耐火等级要大于三级，室内配置砂箱和绝缘灭火器。严格执行变压器的运行检修制度，按季度每年进行四次停电清扫和检查。现场中的电动机严禁超载使用，电机周围无易燃物，发现问题及时解决，保证设备正常运转。

4、施工现场内严禁使用电炉子。使用碘钨灯时，灯与易燃物间距要大于30cm，室内不准使用功率超过100W的灯泡，严禁使用床头灯。

5、使用焊机时要执行用火证制度，并有人监护，施焊周围不能存在易燃物体，并备齐防火设备。电焊机要放在通风良好的地方。

6、施工现场的高大设备和有可能产生静电的电气设备要做好防雷接地和防静电接地，以免雷电及静电花引起火灾。

7、存放易燃气体、易燃物仓库内的照明装置一定要采用防爆型设备，导线敷设、灯具安装、导线与设备连接均应满足有关规范要求。

8、配电箱、开关箱内严禁存放杂物及易燃物体，并派专人负责定期清扫。

9、设有消防设施的施工现场，消防泵的电源要由总箱中引出专用回路供电，而且此回路不得设置漏电保护器，当电源发生接地故障时可以设单相接地报警装置。有条件的施工现场，此回路供电由两个电源供电，供电线路应在末端可切换。

10、施工现场应建立防火检查制度，强化电气防火领导体制，建立电气防火队伍。

（1）迅速切断电源，以免事态扩大。切断电源时应戴绝缘手套，使用有绝缘柄的工具。当火场离开关较远需剪断电线时，火线和零线应分开错位剪断，以免在钳口处造成短路，并防止电源线掉在地上造成短路使人员触电。

（2）当电源线因其它原因不能及时切断时，一方面派人去供电端拉闸，另一方面灭火时，人体的各部位与带电体应保持一定充分距离，必须穿戴绝缘用品。

（3）扑灭电气火灾时要用绝缘性能好的灭火剂如干粉灭火机、二氧化碳灭火器或干燥砂子。严禁使用导电灭火剂进行扑救。

七、接地保护措施：

1、本施工临电系统的接地型式为TN-S。采用三相五线制的配线方式进行敷设。 2、凡正常不带电而绝缘损坏时可能带电的电气设备的金属外壳、临时电箱外壳、电箱支架等应与PE干线可靠连接，N、PE线自甲方提供的变压器引出分开后不应再有连接。 3、机械设备及临时电箱安装就位后，就地作人工接地极或利用主体工程的接地系统，做为机械设备、临时电箱等的保护接地。

4、所有手持或移动的用电器具及插座线必须带有专用的接地线。接地线如有损坏应及时更换。

5、在塔吊的最高处安装避雷针，用一根25MM2的专用铜芯电线引至主体工程的防雷系统。接地电阻不大于4欧姆。

6、临时用电系统的接地电阻不大于4欧姆。接地系统安装完成后进行电阻测试并做好好测试记录。并且要定期检测。

7、根据天气部门的预报，如有雷雨天气时应及时检查各接地干线及支线。
