幼教人员的幼儿心理健康素养现状(3)

惟一值得欣慰的是，对反映心理问题污名化与否的第5题“如果你是莉莉／壮壮的亲人，你愿意把她的情况说给别人听吗”，绝大部分幼教人员给出的答案均是“愿意”。这说明大部分幼教人员在明确孩子是病态时，会选择积极寻求外界帮助，寻找解决的办法。总之，从问卷调查和结构性访谈的结果来看，目前幼教人员对幼儿高发的6大心理问题的辨识能力较差，对其致病原因、治疗办法等方面的知识十分匮乏，亟待通过一定的方式进行培训和提高。

（三）提升幼教人员的幼儿心理健康素养的途径

依据国外相关研究及报告、国内关于幼儿心理健康教育专业的研究以及我国幼教工作的运作模式，我们认为可以通过以下方式提升幼教人员的幼儿心理健康素养：一是运用园本教研与集中培训相结合的方式，通过编制、发放《幼儿心理健康素养手册》，促进幼教人员了解幼儿的心理、行为发展特点，了解各种心理障碍的内涵及表现；二是通过日常不断的学习、积累、自我提升，使幼儿园教师逐渐了解并掌握观察、记录、评价幼儿的操作方法，并能将其运用于提升幼儿心理健康水平的实践中；三是通过开展主题活动、开办家长学校等途径，加强幼儿园教师与家庭以及社区的合作，创建互惠和相互尊重的关系，动员家长参与到对幼儿的观察与评价活动中来，以此支持幼儿心理健康发展。
