Better. If the buyer fails to establish such L/C within the time stipulated, the seller reserves the right to cancel the contract and the buyer is bound to

Eg. Poor: Should the L/C fail to reach the seller

effective.(如果卖方在规定的日期前不能收到信用证，本确认书不能算有效。） Better: Should.., this confirmation shall be considered null and void.(如果卖方…，本确认书及告失效。）用肯定句比否定句直接

合同中here, there, where加后缀词的用法： 合同中常用这些词加后缀，代替句子，避免重复。Here=this; there=that; where=which;或where.
