DTQ1400型重型带式输送机头部清扫器的设计

摘要

输送带清扫器，是带式输送机的一个重要的辅助设备。输送带输送的材料往往带有粘性物质,如煤尘、泥浆、粉状物料,其中一部分会粘在输送带工作面上,在卸料时不能完全卸掉,这时,粘着物料便进入输送带空行段的下托辊上,把托辊弄脏并粘有这些附着物。使用清扫器有助于保护带式输送机,减少回程托辊和滚筒的堵塞,减少回程胶带面上物料掉落导致的物流撒落问题。

本装置利用配重牵引钢丝绳反臂拉伸聚安脂橡胶刮板，作为第一道清扫装置，另外在滚筒的下端还有一个金属刮板清扫装置，作为第二道清扫装置，两道清扫装置同时工作保证了清扫效果。

通过大量理论研究和工况分析，本装置无论从安全性、技术性、实际测试效果及经济性等各个方面，都具有明显的优势。对托辊、输送带等的使用寿命都可以延长。

ABSTRACT

The conveyor belt cleaning is a belt conveyer's important supporting facility. The conveyor belt transports the material often has the adhesive, like coal dust, mud, powdery material, a part can stick in the conveyor belt working surface, when ex-dinning cannot download completely, by now, the coherence material then entered the conveyor belt white line section on the lower supporting roller, smears the supporting roller and sticks has these attachments. The use cleaning is helpful to the protection belt type conveyer, reduces the return roller and drum's jamming, on the reduced return trip adhesive tape surface the material falls the physical distribution which causes to sprint the question. This installment stretches using the counterweight hauling steel wire counter-arm gathers the peaceful fat rubber scraper, takes the first cleaning installment, moreover also has a metal scraper cleaning installment in drum's lower extremity, takes the second cleaning installment, two cleaning installments simultaneously worked have guaranteed the cleaning effect. Through massive fundamental research and operating mode analysis, this installment, regardless of from security, technical nature, and actual test effect and efficient and so on each aspect has the obvious superiority. To the supporting roller, the conveyor belt and so on service life may lengthen.
