摘 要
朝川矿一井为斜井多水平开拓,一水平标高-10m已经上山开采完毕。经过多年的开采以及水害的影响,该矿井二水平上山采区(-250m以上)目前仅剩一个生产采区。为了解决采掘不协调的矛盾,确保该井的产量稳定,进行己一下山采区设计。本设计以提高矿井经济效益实现可持续发展为中心,以安全为重点。在认真分析朝川矿一井己一下山采区的地形地质条件、煤层及其赋存条件和开采技术条件等前提下,充分利用一井现有井巷工程、设备及地面设施系统等, 进行了采区巷道的布置和断面设计、光面爆破和锚喷支护设计及-450m排水系统设计。采区的开拓方式经多方案比较、优化,最终选择了方案三作为本采区的开拓方式。
朝川矿区为一弧形单斜构造,属于一个基本封闭的水文地质单元,己16-17煤层底板为石炭系太原组灰岩,其充水水源主要来自寒武纪灰岩与白云岩强含水层,两含水层间承压水通过断层和裂隙构成统一的富水水体,从而对己组煤开采造成一定的水害威胁。为避免突水淹井事故的发生,掘进中除了对底板承压水进行疏放降压外,设计中加强了对水仓泵房及防排水系统的建设,以保证在安全生产和达到较好的技术经济指标的前提下,最大限度降低基建投资,实现矿井建设的经济化、安全化、效益化发展。

Abstract
At a mine in Chaochuan, a more level inclined level elevation - 10m has completed the mining. After years of mining and the influence of coal mine water hazards, the second level up mining (-250m) with only a mining production now. In order to solve the contradiction, uncoordinated mining wells to ensure the stable production, has a mountain mining design. This design in order to improve the economic benefit of mine sustainable development as the center, take the safety for the key. On the analysis of ore at Chaochuan has a well down one of the topography and geology condition, mining coal mining technology and its occurrence condition and under the prerequisite condition, make full use of the well lane engineering, equipments and existing facilities, systems, the layout of the roadway mining and design, smooth blasting and bolt-shotcrete support design and – 450m drainage system design. After a process of the schemes’ comparison and optimization, we choose the third scheme as the final choice of the mining exploitation.
For an arc towards Chaochuan area belongs to a single structure, basic closed hydrogeological units, 16-17 for the carboniferous taiyuan from coal floor, its water filling group limestone water comes mainly from the Cambrian limestone and dolomite, two strong aquifer confined water through the fault between aquifer and fracture composition of unity in water, and water caused by coal mining group of water disasters threat. In order to avoid water flooded Wells in excavating accident, except for confined water on floor release step-down, design of water pumping house and waterproof and drainage system positions in the construction, to ensure safety in production and achieve good technical and economic indexes, under the premise of minimizing investment in infrastructure construction, the mine safety, economic development, and efficiency.
