摘要
此次毕业设计为淮安市淮阴区长征小学图书馆,四层建筑,建筑面积近3200m2,采用的是钢筋混凝土框架结构。该楼位于淮安市,抗震设防烈度为七度,抗震等级按三级计算,场地类别是2类。
本设计包括建筑设计及结构设计。其中,建筑设计又包括平面设计、立面设计和剖面设计。建筑设计中根据图书馆的使用功能、室内布置等各方面要求进行了平面布置和空间组织设计。结构设计包括结构选型、结构布置、结构计算、构造要求、施工图的绘制等内容。
本设计只选取一榀横向框架进行设计计算。在计算竖向荷载作用时采用弯矩二次分配法,在计算水平荷载作用时采用D值法。通过荷载组合找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合,选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。此外还包括梁、柱、楼梯、基础及楼板的截面配筋计算。依据计算结果,结合相应的结构构造要求,绘制结构施工图,写出相应的设计说明。计算书中所有项目均以现行规范为设计依据。本设计还采用了PKPM软件进行电算。

The graduation design for Huaiyin Huaiyin District Long March primary school library, six-story building, construction area of nearly 3200m2, using a reinforced concrete frame structure. The building is located in Huaian City, seismic fortification intensity of seven degrees, the earthquake level by three levels, the venue category is 2 categories.
The design includes architectural design and structural design. Among them, the architectural design also includes graphic design, facade design and profile design. Architectural design according to the use of library functions, indoor layout and other aspects of the requirements of the layout and spatial organization design. Structural design includes structural selection, structural arrangement, structural calculation, structural requirements, construction drawing and so on.
This design only selects a horizontal frame for design calculation. In the calculation of vertical load role using the bending moment of the secondary distribution method, in the calculation of horizontal load using D value method. Through the load combination to find the most unfavorable group or group of internal force combination, select the most secure results to calculate the reinforcement and drawing. In addition, including beams, columns, stairs, foundation and floor section reinforcement calculation. According to the calculation results, combined with the corresponding structural requirements, draw the construction drawings, write the corresponding design instructions. 1 引言
本次毕业设计题目为淮阴区长征小学图书馆设计,有建筑设计和结构设计两大部分,其中建筑设计里面包括建筑总平面图、建筑平面图、剖面图、立面图、建筑构造详图;另外结构设计有上部结构设计、基础设计及楼梯、楼板设计。这次设计通过PKPM软件复核,图纸是采用AutoCAD进行绘制的,说明书都是用计算机打印出来的。
这次设计是通过查阅各种文献的基础上,对淮安市淮阴区图书馆进行的详细的设计。但由于条件限制,结构的部分设计和实际工程还是有些出入,但基本原理都是相同的。通过这次的设计,我深入的了解和熟悉了工程设计的具体过程和原理,了解了图书馆的布局和开间尺寸和功能要求。
毕业设计给我们的时间较短,需要我们完成该工程的建筑设计及结构设计两部分,主要是结构计算。通过毕业设计,我初步了解了图书馆的设计原理,能较为熟悉的查阅和运用建筑规范,大致掌握了建筑设计的基本方法以及步骤,从而进一步提高了绘图技巧。
