4.3.1 底座板钢筋安装完成一个或多个浇筑段，经自检合格后，报监理工程师验收。

4.3.3先导段或首段底座板模板安装完成并经监理工程师验收合格后，申请监理单位组织公司验收，未经验收合格不得浇筑混凝土。

4.3.4底座板张拉连接时，混凝土温度测量须由监理工程师现场确认，张拉完成后经监理工程师验收合格，方可浇筑后浇带混凝土。

4.3.5底座板后浇带全部施工完成后，施工单位应组织对底座板的平整度、宽度、高程进行验收，并报监理工程师签认。 5 隧道内底座板施工

隧道内底座板施工采取单线延伸作业，底座板SD型钢筋网片由钢筋加工场统一制作并组合成钢筋笼，钢筋笼由运输台车运至作业点，再用4t龙门吊安装就位。

底座板的混凝土浇筑时，先用人工大致摊平，然后用直径5cm的插入式振捣器振捣，振捣时要快插慢拔，插棒间距为振捣棒直径的10 倍。振捣棒的作用范围必须交叉重叠,切忌振捣棒触碰模板和振捣钢筋。最后采用滚筒提浆整平机整平.混凝土初凝前,在底座板两侧距外沿25cm处人工抹出≮2％的流水坡，流水坡宽度要深入板底5cm（即起坡点内移5cm）。混凝土浇筑后用黄麻布或塑料毛刷对混凝土表面进行人工拉毛，深度1～２mm，利用塑料薄膜封闭养护。

隧道内底座板施工不设置后浇带，根据混凝土一次浇筑量留设施工缝。

6 安全及环境要求

6.1 安全要求

6.1.1 制定安全保证措施，健全安全组织机构，施工现场设专职安全员一人，专门负责施工现场的安全管理工作，对作业人员的安全行为进行监控、指导。

6.1.2 桥梁上部施工属于高空作业，箱梁的翼缘板外侧采用可

移动防护栏杆或防护网进行密封，防止人员坠落。并在明显部位挂安全标示牌,提请人们注意安全。

6.1.3 底座板钢筋笼吊装前一定要检查吊车的钢丝绳、吊链及吊具的安全状况。

6.2 环保要求

6.2.2 桥上施工用水必须规范，且经过沉淀处理。特别在冲洗桥面或养护混凝土的过程中，避免施工用水对周边环境的污染。

6.2.3 机械、设备在施工或修理过程中必须加强油料管理，避免洒落，污染桥面且进行必要的回收处理。

6.2.4 底座板混凝土养护期间的土工布或塑料薄膜用后及时回收，防止飘落桥下，污染环境。
