畅通。其次要检查电缆端头封帽密封的完好性，防止管道中水分倒灌入电缆线芯内部。在敷设过程中为减少电缆与管道的摩擦力，建议在敷设过程中对电缆护套表面连续添加润滑剂。
For the cable laid in the pipes, firstly, the pipes should be dredged by pipe cleaner to make sure that the pipe are expedite. Secondly, the integrity of cable sealing cap should be checked, so as to avoid that water will be flowed backward into the inner cores of the cable in the pipes. In order to reduce the force of friction between cable and pipe, lubricant should be added onto the surface of the cable sheath during installation.
8、其它敷设方式参照规程有关规定。非铠装电缆不得直埋敷设。有腐蚀性的土壤未经处理不得直埋敷设，直埋电缆过道路时应加符合要求的保护管。

The electric cable of laying directly if pass the road, should add a protection tube of meeting the request.
耐寒电缆能够在较低温度下正常运行，但在低温环境下敷设时，考虑到实际敷设过程中弯曲半径、侧压力、牵引力、敷设环境等因素的影响，建议按常规电力电缆的敷设要求进行敷设为宜。
Cold-resistant cable will operate under the cold temperature normally. But when the cable is installed under the cold temperature, in consideration of bending radius, side pressure, traction and installation environment, the power cable should be installed according to the general requirement.
电缆敷设完成后要及时按规程进行交接耐压试验，试验合格后方能投入运行。
After the cable is installed, withstand voltage test should be conducted in time according to regulations. The cable will be put into operation after the test is passed.
