电缆的敷设安装指导手册

Manual Instruction for installation and operation of cables

用户应根据国家现行颁布的电缆设计规范、规程，按照实际工程敷设环境条件，系统电压等级，负荷性质和负荷情况，并充分考虑工程发展裕度，来正确选择电缆的型号与规格。

The user is according to cable design criterion、regulation, according to lay temperature, system voltage grade ,load character and load complexion , and Fully taken into account development degree of project to choose the type and size of cable exactly.

一、电缆敷设前的注意事项：Matters needing attention before cable installation

1、装有电缆的电缆盘应竖直放置，严禁平放。Dish having the electric cable should placed keeping cocked, strictly forbid to place levelly.

2、装吊时使用的起重工具、钢丝绳、吊钩等，承载能力要大于电缆及包装物的总重量。When loading and unloading, the used heavy tool, steel wire rope, hang hook etc., the carrying ability should over the total weight of the electric cable and the package.

3、在车辆等运输工具上装运电缆时，电缆盘必须放稳，并用合适方法固定，防止互碰或翻倒。严禁从高处推下装有电缆的电缆盘。

When shipping the cable at the conveyance tool, the electric cable dish has to be put steady, to fix with a suitable method, prevent from touching or turning over with each other.Strictly forbid to push the electric cable dish of the electric cable from top point.

4、电缆盘安放在平稳地方，保证电缆盘稳固，防止滚动碰撞损坏电缆和其它意外事故发生。

Putting the cable dish t in the steady place, to assurance electric cable dish steady, prevent from rolling over , colliding and damaging electric cable and the other surprised trouble occurrence.

5、电缆短距离搬运，允许将电缆盘滚动，但滚动方向必须与箭头指示方向一致，否则易损坏电缆；另应采取措施，防止电缆盘滚动路径中地面上的凸起硬物挤伤电缆。

If electric cable ship in short distance, allow to rolling over the cable dish, but a direction of rolling over has to be indicated a direction with arrowhead consistent, otherwise damage electric cable; Another should keep the electric cable dish from rolling over the ground in the path avoiding convex hard thing harm electric cable.

6、检查电缆外表是否完好，有无擦伤、擦破等现象。检查电缆端头是否封帽，有无破损或密封不良等现象。对分段后的电缆盘上的剩余电缆，应及时采取

可靠的密封措施，防止电缆端头进水。

Whether electric cable appearances are intact or not, haven't chafe phenomenon. Check whether the ender of cable has Cap closures ,Damaged and Seal badly or not. Dependable measure should be adopted in time to seal for the surplus electric cable of the electric cable dish in the segment of the cent to keep electric cable from entering water

7、电缆实际产品型号、规格、长度应与设计图纸相符。

Whether electric cable model numbers, specifications, lengths be in accordance with the design drawing .

8、检查电缆敷设路径中转弯处的弯曲半径是否符合要求，电缆最小允许弯曲半径如下：check whether the bending radius is in accordance with the requirement when cable is installed. The Min bending radius of cable is as follows:

二、电缆敷设过程中注意事项：Matters needing attention during cable installation

电缆的敷设、安装应严格遵守GB50168-2006《电气装置安装工程电缆线路施工及验收规范》，并应由取得资格证书的、有实际工作经验的人员担任。

The installation and fitting of electric cable should be strictly observance GB50168-2006 Electricity equip gearing the engineering electric cable circuit to start construction and check before acceptance norm, and should let the person who obtains the qualifications certificate, have the personnel of actual working experience.

1、电缆敷设应采取符合要求的专用设备工具（如放线架、导轮）。可采用端头牵引，机械输送，人工辅助引导的同步敷设方式。

The installation of cables should adopt the appropriation equipments tool.(if put a line and lead a round)Can adopt to carry a head to lead, the machine transport, the artificial assistance leading of spread to establish a way synchronously.

2、敷设时及敷设后的电缆，其最大侧压力、最大牵引力、最小允许弯曲半径不得超过产品允许的规定值。

The cable after insulation, whose biggest side pressure ,biggest lead dint, least to allowed bent radius shall not exceed the provision value that the product allow.

2.1侧压力:一般不大于3000N/m。

Side pressures: be no bigger than a 300 kg generally

2.2最大牵引力:按有关规定，铜芯电缆牵引头的最大牵引拉力为70N/mm2;铝芯电缆牵引头的允许最大牵引拉力按40N/mm2计，牵引聚氯乙烯外护套时最大牵引力为7 N/mm2。

Biggest tractive force: as the specification, the biggest tractive force of the drawing head of copper cable is 70N/mm2; the permissible biggest tractive force of the drawing head of aluminum core is 40N/mm2. The biggest tractive force of PVC sheath is 7 N/mm2.

2.3电缆的最小弯曲半径见上表。 The Min bending radius refers to the Table above.

3、敷设电缆时，在敷设前24h内的平均温度以及敷设现场的温度不应低于0℃；当温度低于0℃时，应采取措施。尤其是大规格电缆，不宜在环境温度低于0℃以下时敷设。

24 hours before installation, the average temperature and the ambient temperature of installation site should not be less than 0℃. When the temperature is lower than 0℃,

measures should be taken. Especially for the large-cross sectional area cable, it should not be installed when the ambient temperature is below 0℃.

如条件不允许，必须在低温环境下敷设电缆时，建议用户充分做好电缆敷设前的准备工作。在电缆敷设路径验收合格及敷设器具、人员准备齐全后，将待敷设电缆放置在保温环境下至少24小时，环境温度宜保持在15℃及以上。然后选择在天气晴好的中午时间段敷设电缆，尽量保证在电缆离开保温环境2小时内完成电缆敷设工作。电缆敷设过程中要轻拿轻放，人工敷设时，不允许将电缆直接从肩膀上丢向地面，以免将电缆护套摔裂。电缆敷设结束后仔细检查电缆外护套，如有异常情况及时修复

If the cable must be installed in the cold temperature,adequate preparations must be made before installation. After qualified acceptance of the laying path and full preparation of installation fittings and personnel, before installation, cable should be palaced under the ambient temperature for at least 24 hours and the ambient temperature should be kept above 15 ℃. Then the cable should be installed at noon when the weather is fine. Make sure that the cable will be finished installing within 2 hours after it leaves the ambient temperature. During installation, the cable should be handled with care and it should not be thrown from the shoulder to the ground, so as not to break the cable sheath. After installation, the cable sheath should be checked carefully. If there is any abnormal condition, it must be repaired in time.

4、敷设时，应采取措施，防止发生电缆在地面、沟壁、管口、机具上的擦伤。一经发现，必须立即停敷。查出原因后加以排除，方可再行敷设。 The insulation of the cable should adopt measure, and prevent from the occurrence of in the ground, ditching wall and taking care of a chafe of, machine tool. As discover, have to stop to spread immediately. Take into exclusion after looking up the reasons, the square can go to spread to establish lately again.

5、敷设时，不允许扭曲，以免损伤电缆，如果造成扭曲应顺着扭曲方向解除，不能用任何工具、物件敲击电缆，以防损伤电缆。为消除扭曲应力，电缆牵引头应加防捻器。敷设时应顺着圆圈方向转动，不能强行拖放，防止电缆发生扭曲。

the direction of distort. Can't hit electric cable with any tool, article, in order to prevent hurting cable .In order to avoiding, electric cable's leading a head should be added to avoid twiddle machine. Become a turn electric cable, do not use the short segment that the dish pack electric cable, should be agreeable while insulate the circle direction in turning and moving, can't the strong line drag along to put, keeping the electric cable occurrence from distort.

6、直埋敷设的电缆，当电缆敷设完毕后，应检查电缆及其表面有无损伤，以便及时修复，避免重复挖土。直埋敷设时，埋深不得小于700mm（电缆表面上端距地面），沟底（必须有良好土层）平整，无硬质杂物，铺100mm厚的细土或黄沙，电缆敷设好后，上面应加盖100mm厚的细土或黄沙，再盖混凝土或砖等，保护盖板其覆盖宽度应超过电缆两侧各50mm。复土后，地面上还应装设路径标志。北方低温地区，电缆应埋设于冻土层以下。当无法深埋时，应采取措施，防止电缆受到损坏。直埋电缆间、与各种设施平行或交叉的净距应符合有关规程规定。

For directly buried cable, after it is installed, the cable and its sheath should be checked to make sure that there is no damage and if there is any damage, it should be repaired in time, so as to avoid cutting earth repeatedly. Electric cable adopt to fix directly, the deep should add to cover the thick thin soil or yellow sand of 100 mms, covering again concrete or brick etc., the protection cover plank its overlaying width should exceed electric cable two each 50 mms of side. Should also equip path marking on the ground after replying soil. In north low temperature area, the electric cable should be lay in the jelly soil layer the following. While can't cover up deeply, should adopt measure, keeping electric cable from be subjected to damage.(3)Keep cover up electric cable, run parallel with various facilities or cross clean be apart from and should meet the relevant rules distance provision.

7、排管敷设的电缆，首先用排管疏通器在管道全长上进行疏通，确保管道
