定。在随访的42例病人中16例(38%)发生畸形愈合,而骨盆前环损伤用前路内固定者,骨折畸形愈合率较低(17%)。Lindahl等[25]总结了不稳定骨盆骨折手术治疗的远期疗效,认为使用骶髂关节螺钉技术得到的疗效改善是显著的。作者认为在复杂骨盆骨折的治疗中,后环结构的坚固固定是重建骨盆稳定性及取得较好功能预后的关键。5 前景及存在问题

随着人民生活水平的提高,对骨盆骨折的治疗要求越来越高。对不稳定骨盆骨折切开复位内固定,由于能准确复位,牢固固定,从而大大降低了后遗症的发生,但国内有关的基础和临床研究做的较少。随着对骨盆生物力学的深入研究,新材料、新方法的不断出现,对骨盆骨折稳定性将会有更加深入和清晰的认识。可以预见,骨盆骨折的治疗将日趋简化、规范和有效。参考文献:
