Abstract

Tourism is a more closely with international standards of international industry. This change hand shows that China's tourism market with the development of tourism presents great vitality, on the other hand that expand and deepen as the market, that kind of short-term marketing and myopia marketing has not been able to adapt the requirements of market competition, only implement a long-term and company-wide marketing strategy, can participate in competition to win the market.

From the current development status and prospects of tourism enterprises, enterprise's marketing strategy view has become the key influence enterprise vicissitudes, enterprise's survival and development depends largely on whether the enact practical marketing strategy, we can say, the more developed market economy, competition is more intense, the enterprise marketing strategy is more important.

This paper marketing (employees) relationship marketing theory and practice of research, systemic expounds the basic content of tourism marketing and its characteristic, to the whole of the tourism marketing environment makes a thorough dissection.
