武汉鸿泰社区医院门诊综合楼
空调工程设计
摘 要
武汉鸿泰社区医院门诊楼是包括门诊室、药房、会议室、病房等功能间的高层民用建筑。在大楼的暖通空调系统设计中,对不同的功能间选择了合适的空气处理方式,已达到舒适、节能的目的。夏季根据整个建筑的最大冷负荷和新风冷负荷,确定冷源;冬季根据热负荷和新风热负荷选择热源。
通过计算冷、热负荷,得出该建筑物的冷热指标分别为63.3W/m2、34W/m2。对于人员少、负荷小的房间选择除湿能力小、灵活的风机盘管加新风系统;人员多、对温、湿度要求严格的空间采用一次回风全空气系统。通过送风参数和新风负荷的计算,选择无锡申达空调设备有限公司的FP系列风机盘管,ZKD系列、ZKDB系列空气处理机组。
空调水系统的竖直采用同程式,水平采用异程式。选用了两台LSBLG494螺杆式冷水机组作为冷源;两台CLSS0.35-95/70- (Q)常压燃气锅炉提供热水,并选则两台BR12板式换热器换热得到空调热水。画出草图进行风、水管的水力计算,冷凝水就近排放到卫生间。然后选择分、集水器和两台型号为LBCM-LN-100的冷却塔,选出循环水泵、冷却水泵等各辅助设备,进行保温防腐设计。

ABSTRACT
Wuhan hongtai community hospital outpatient building, a function of
high civil buildings include patient rooms, pharmacy, conference rooms, ward,etc. In the building'sHVAC system design, according to different function rooms choose proper air process method, to comfortable and energy-saving. According to the building's biggest summer cooling load and air cooling load, ensure cold source; According to the heat load and fresh winter heat load select heat source.
Through calculating the cold and heat load, it is concluded that the
building’s cold and heat index, 63.3 W/m2 and 34W/m2. For researchers, rooms with less people and load choose small dehumidifying capacity and flexible primary air fan coil system; if temperature and humidity of the pace is strict, choose all air once returu air system. Through the supply air parameters and the new-wind load calculation, choose the air conditioning equipment of Wuxi Co, LTD series FP series fan coil, ZKD series and ZKDB series air handling units respectively.
Water system of air conditioning, the vertical direction with the same
processe, each layer is the different processe. Choose the two LSBLG494 screw water chillers as cold source; Two CLSS0.35-95/70- (Q) atmospheric gas boiler provide hot water, and selected two BR12 plate heat exchanger heat get air conditioning hot water.Then draw sketches of duct and conduit’s hydrauli calculation and condensate nearby emissions into the toilet. Choose points, catchment device and two cooling tower, the model is LBCM - LN – 100. Select the circulating water pumps, the cooling water pumps, and various auxiliary equipment, and the thermal insulation anticorrosion design.
