铅精矿、河沙、石灰石、碎煤、铁矿及从余热锅炉和电除尘器回收的铅烟灰通过配比经皮带机送到圆盘制粒机上被润湿、混合并制成球粒,球粒通过皮带机和可逆配胶带输送机加入到球料仓中。球料仓中的球粒通过定量给料机和移动带式输送机从底吹炉的加料口加入到底吹炉中。
底吹炉是一台可旋转的圆筒式回转炉。底吹炉处于准备位置(90°)时,经烤炉后加入液体铅和渣,在余热锅炉、电除尘、排烟机、烟灰输送系统和通风系统都投入运行后,将底吹炉从准备位置转至吹炼位置(0°)。此时,底吹炉内为一液体熔池,由较浅的底层粗铅和高氧化铅为顶层所构成,氧气通过下方的氧枪在混合液体中浸没喷射,使金属和渣相激烈混合。通过加料口加入生球粒物料,在剧烈搅动的金属——炉渣——气体乳液中进行一系列复杂反应,如硫酸盐和碳酸盐的分解,硫化物的全部或部分氧化、粉煤燃烧、熔剂和金属化的或氧化的反应产物的熔化、液态硅酸盐渣相的形成以及挥发性金属化合物的蒸发等。金属、炉渣和气相之间连续反向流动,产出的粗铅从出铅口虹吸放出,高铅渣从渣口连续放出。含有SO2和烟尘的烟气排出后,在余热锅炉换热冷却后进入电吸尘

(三)硫酸车间 1、生产工艺
制酸工艺采用双转双吸工艺。
生产过程如下:冶炼车间除尘器出来的SO2烟气进入文氏管降温和除尘,再去泡沫塔进一步降温除尘,文氏管和泡沫塔用稀酸喷淋,淋洒下来的稀酸循环使用。经泡沫塔出来的湿烟气经电除雾器除雾、干燥塔干燥、电炉加热后,进入转化器进行转化。经一次转化后的气体送去第一吸收塔吸收SO3制成H2SO4后,再经加热后进入转化器进行第二次转化,二次转化后的气体送去第二吸收塔吸收SO3制成H2SO4,尾气最后经烟囱(50米高,配置石灰水喷淋装置)排空(正常生产时直接排空,开、停机时启用石灰喷淋装置。) 工艺图简图如下:
