摘要
目前城市消防应急逃生与救援能力与高层建筑的快速发展严重失衡,已经成为制约被困人员逃生和高楼火灾有效扑救的致命缺陷。在这样的背景下,采用一种新型的、有效的、方便的高楼逃生装置将是非常必要的,其中柔性高楼逃生装置就是一种特别先进、安全、有效的救生方式,并且在好多场合下已经得到验证,该通道为多段式结构,每段由几节布袋组成,每个布袋为双层结构;沿通道方向有4根加强绳,每节布袋两端设有加强圈。外层布袋的材料为防火玻璃纤维,每节布袋的外层设有逃生门,逃生门两侧均设有把手,把手上带有可与建筑物相连的拉索;通道悬挂存放在建筑顶部,释放下落后逃生门的位置与建筑物的窗口或阳台相对应,能满足不同楼层的人群同时进入通道快速逃生;内层布袋的材料为高强度抗拉弹性材料,呈倒锥筒形状,锥面上设有两道弹性束紧带制作的减速环4根加强带,内层布袋能有效地控制逃生者的下降速度,逐节下落,安全到达地面。
首先本文介绍了高楼逃生装置的几种常见类型,并简单阐述了各类逃生通道的优点和局限性,以及介绍了国内外逃生技术的发展现状。其次,本文对柔性高楼逃生通道的框架结构和安装工程进行了详细的阐述和说明,并使用三维建模。最后,根据安装过程中确定的相关参数,运用三维软件PROE进行三维建模,并使用PROE中的有限元分析模块对储存箱进行力学分析,校核其使用时的可靠程度,并对其进行优化,保证装置的安全可靠性。

Abstract
Currently the city fire emergency escape and rescue capabilities and rapid
development of high-rise buildings imbalance has become trapped restricting effective fighting high-rise fire escape and fatal flaw.In this context , the use of a novel, effective , convenient and high-rise escape device is necessary , which is a flexible high-rise escape device particularly advanced, safe , and effective life-saving manner , and in a lot of occasions already verified , the channel is diverse structure , each composed of several sections bags , each bag is double structure ; along the channel direction 6 to strengthen the rope , the ends of each section of the bag has a stiffening ring . Outer bag material is fire-resistant glass fibers , the outer bag of each section has escape doors , escape doors are equipped with handles on both sides , the cable can be connected to the building with the handle ; channel hanging storage in the building at the top , release next escape door behind a window or balcony of the building corresponds to the location , to meet the different floors of the crowd while entering the channel fast escape ; inner bag is made of high-strength tensile elastic material , the shape of an inverted cone , cone tightening the elastic band provided prescribe ring gear 3 and the production of the reinforcing belt with the inner bag can be effectively controlled by the rate of decline of escape .
This paper describes the high-rise escape device research status, characteristics and trends of these years; through the introduction of modern escape device contrast, describes the high-rise diverse entrance Flexible possess advantages, characteristics and future trends. Secondly, the installation of flexible high-rise escape the concrete contents of exposition and explanation; Finally, in determining how to install, based on the installation process in accordance with the relevant parameters determined using a three-dimensional three-dimensional modeling software PROE, then the storage tank stress analysis and verification, to ensure the absolute safety of the installation works under the circumstances, consistent with the design standards
