4、疾病及事故发生时，应向HSE管理部门递交调查报告。重大疾病和事故发生时，管理人员应在24小时内向领导小组提交调查报告，以便及时正确地开展善后处理工作。

6.1 组织管理

1、 项目经理每月组织HSE管理领导小组成员进行1次安全检查。施工机组由班组长组织HSE管理员、生产骨干进行每周1次班组检查。每次检查要有记录，对查出的问题和隐患应及时整改。

Construction unit by the team leader to organize the HSE administrator, production backbone once a week team inspection. Every inspection should be recorded, and the problems and hidden dangers should be corrected in time.

2、各单位工程开工前，应将施工安全技术要求用正规醒目字样写在牌上，并放在进入工地的出入口处。
