七 .活动规则：

2. 每名参赛选手自己所朗读的文章.,可以持稿朗读,也可以 以脱稿背诵朗读, 脱稿背诵朗读每人加1----3分. 3、要求参赛选手发音清晰，单词发音基本准确，语音语 调较规范，朗读流利流畅；

4、仪表大方、自然、声音响亮,富有感情色彩. 八、 评奖办法：

依据评委的打分，按年级分数高低设置一等奖每个级部一名；二等奖每个级部两名；三等奖每个级部三名。 九、 评分标准：基本分为10分制,脱稿朗读再加（1---3分）
