It not only enhanced the technology of online condition monitor and provided more sufficient and reliable data for the fault diagnosis, but also made it possible to share the machinery information,ulteriorly to establish the fault analysis and diagnosis center in the special institute and provide the remote technique support for factory [2, 3, 4].
