生物制药中海洋微生物活性物质研究概况

摘 要: 生物制药是指生物工程应用于制药工业部分,生物制药是生物工程研究开发和应用中最活跃、进展最快的领域,被公认为21世纪最具前途的产业之一，国内医药企业在国际竞争中求得生存和发展的关键，莫过于加快生物医药研发的国产化。本文综述了生物制药产业的发展历程, 探讨我国生物制药产业的发展方向。目前，生物制剂领域具有自主知识产权的技术被发达国家所垄断，我国医药生物技术缺少独立知识产权，主要靠模仿和跟踪，这种现状成了制约国内生物医药企业发展的“瓶颈”。所以，应加强自主创新和前瞻性基础研究，打造生物医药研发的国产化航母单位，力争在某些领域取得突破性进展，跻身国际前沿行列。

其中海洋微生物由于其特殊的生存环境, 往往能产生结构新颖、功能多样的活性物质, 海洋微生物作为活性物质的新来源, 正日益受到人们的关注。综述了近几年海洋微生物产生的抗肿瘤、抗心血管病、免疫调节剂、抗生素等生物活性物质的开发利用现状及相关的研究技术和方法, 展示出海洋微生物活性物质巨大的开发利用前景。

Abstract: Bio-Pharmacies refers to the application of bio-pharmaceutical industry, biopharmaceutical industry is a field which has the most active and the fastest

progress in the biopharmaceutical research and development and application, it is one of the most promising industries in the 21st Century, the localization of the

biomedical research and development is the key in the international competition for survival and development. This paper reviews the development of bio-pharmaceutical industry, and explores the development direction of bio-pharmaceutical industry in China. At present, the technology with independent intellectual property rights in the area of biological preparation have been monopolized by developed countries, China's pharmaceutical biotechnology lack of independent intellectual property rights, but imitate and follow mainly, the status quo has become a "bottleneck" which restricts the domestic biomedical enterprise's development. Therefore, we should strengthen the independent innovation and prospective basic research, and build China-made aircraft units of biomedical research and development, strive to achieve a

breakthrough in some areas in order to win a place on the international forefront.
