Equality ,unity, mutual help and common prosperity are the basic principles of the chinese government in handing the relations between ethic groups. During the first days of the fundation of People’s Republic of China, these principles were well displayed. But ,they were mistaken on some degree later. While in western, it is not polite to ask these questions when you communicate with oters. 5.Conclusion Langguage is influnced and shaped by culture. It reflects culture.
